Working Days Calculator
Calculate the number of working days between two dates โ perfect for project timelines, notice periods and payroll. Excludes weekends by default, and you can add specific holiday dates to exclude those too.
Defaults to Saturday & Sunday โ adjust for regions where the weekend falls on different days (e.g. Friday & Saturday).
Enter comma-separated dates (YYYY-MM-DD) that fall within your range, such as public holidays.
How This Calculator Works
This tool counts every Monday through Friday between two dates, then subtracts any holiday dates you add that fall on a weekday within the range. It's useful for estimating project timelines, payroll periods, and legal or contractual notice periods that count business days rather than calendar days.
